The "Growth Plans by Indicator" trends report within Pivot Evaluations can help you determine which areas of focus are most commonly selected by educators when crafting growth plans. This information can be used to plan effective professional development opportunities. The user guide below provides step-by-step directions for accessing the trends report.

Hover over Evaluations and select Trends.

Select Growth Plans by Indicator in the Report field. Then select the 5D+ Rubric for Instructional Growth and Teacher Evaluation. Finally, select the target school year.

In the Evaluation Trends crate, notice that the number of staff members who have selected the indicator as an area of focus is adjacent to the total number of areas selected by all staff members. This yields a percentage, which is represented by the green bar.

To see which staff members have selected the indicator as an area of focus, select Show Staff Names. The number in parenthesis indicates how many times the indicator has been selected by the staff member. If no parenthesis is present, the indicator has been selected only once.
