Student Plans - Edit Strategies / Accommodations / Reasons for Referral

Districts have the ability to customize the strategies, accommodations, and reasons for referral in their Student Plans module to showcase the specific resources available to the students at the district. NOTE: Only a user with District Admin rights within their Pivot Site can edit these tools. 

Step-by-step guide


Strategies / Accommodations are available when educators are setting Goals for their students --







To edit available strategies and accommodations, login as an admin, select "Student Plans", "Tools". 

To modify Strategies, remain on the Strategies tab.

Strategies that do not have any student data tied to them can be deleted by selecting the red trash can icon to the right of the strategy. 

Strategies with student data tied to them can be disabled by selecting the toggle switch to the right. 

Or - 

A new strategy can be added by clicking on the green New Strategy button.







To modify Accommodations, remain on the Accommodation tab.

Accommodations that do not have any student data tied to them can be deleted by selecting the red trash can icon to the right of the accommodation. 

Accommodations with student data tied to them can be disabled by selecting the toggle switch to the right. 

Or - 

A new accommodation can be added by clicking on the green New Accommodation button.

Reasons for Referral can also be edited. Reasons for Referral are available during the student plan creation process on the "Details" tab. 

To edit Reasons for Referral, select "Student Plans" > "Reasons for Referral

You may edit an existing Reason for Referral by selecting the pencil and paper icon to the right of the reason. 

The name of the Reason may be edited or the reason may be deleted or disabled. 

Or, a new Reason for Referral may be created by clicking on the green New Reason button.
