No, Pivot's Evaluations dashboard lists in-progress and completed observations and evaluations for filtering purposes. In the image to the right, no observations or evaluations have been completed in the 2017-2018 school year.

Start an observation or evaluation in the current school year.
Accessing the 2017-2018 Filter
After you've completed the observation or evaluation, the 2017-2018 school year will be available in the dropdown menu in the filters section of the dashboard.
