Why am I not receiving my Pyxis Points?

Problem
You have completed a resource but it isn't showing up in your Pyxis Report.
PyxisEdu tracks when you watch a video and automatically marks it as complete. However, link and PDF resources take you to places outside of Pyxis. This makes it necessary for you to mark it as complete once you are finished. We try to give you a reminder in the resource description!
Solution
Resources in Pyxis that are PDFs or Links must be marked complete by the user. In order to mark a resource complete:
Once you have read the resource description, completed the resource, and reflected on any questions, click on the gray check mark icon next to the word “completed” directly under the resource image.
A pop up box will open that says, “Congratulations, You have completed this resource.” Click continue.

A box will open allowing you to rate the resource (see below).
Your resource is now complete and logged in your history.
